Return and Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers where the purchases meet our Returns Policy. You have 20 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return/exchange and return the goods back to us by following the below process.
Exchanges:
Exchanging an item is free of charge, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our returns policy.
-To exchange any item, visit your nearest Elegancia store or send the parcel back via courier to your nearest facility center
-Once the original item is received, it will be processed in adherence with our Returns Policy, the exchange order will be shipped within 8-10 working days and you will receive confirmation of the same
-As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative colour or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund.
*Please also note that any items purchased can be booked for an exchange of size/design only once.
Returns:
We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You can visit your nearby Elegancia store for returning your purchase or send it via courier to the nearest facility center. Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive the refund within 10 working days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping charges incurred during your entire purchase will be deducted from your refund amount.
