I didn’t receive my order…it’s been more than 10 days…everytime I’ve ordered I’ve received very late but this time I didn’t even receive my order

Love the product, not my first purchase and I am not disappointed, however there is definitely a size issue. Normally size 39 fits me and I ordered 39 but the shoe size is one size too big. Also last time I ordered 38 and that was way too small (it ended up fitting my sister)
